* We are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. (Late check-in using a key safe)

* We kindly request that you check out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (possible from Monday to Sunday).
* We are happy to serve you breakfast and pastries in your suite from Monday to Saturday upon request.
* If you wish, we can refresh your suite with a small cleaning service daily.
(for example, with a towel change, waste disposal, and a small kitchen clean)
* Cleaning after your departure is of course included.
* We invite you to enjoy a holistic relaxation experience that you can enjoy around the clock!
On our “Wellsystem” massage table, you can glide into a gentle slumber with a customizable over-water massage
or use it to relax your muscles after skiing, biking or hiking.
* “Everything is provided for” in our small boutique self-service shop in the lobby:
milk, eggs, butter, muesli, honey, jams, fine wines, champagne and prosecco, beer, soft drinks and long drinks, hygiene articles,
home accessories and cozy clothing and much more. Open for you around the clock and compatible with all major credit cards.
* In the sunny Bamboo Lounge with its large south-facing terrace, we have provided a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee capsules,
milk, soy and oat drinks. With a view of the impressive mountains and the ski slope opposite, you can relax here at any time or use the cozy space
as a “home office”.
* Each suite has a personal storage room on the ground floor, which is locked, insured up to €25,000 and under video surveillance. In winter, you can store your skis, snowboards, boots, clothing and accessories (ski boot dryer, special holders, coat racks). In summer, you can store sports equipment ranging from (e-)bikes (special holder and socket available) to outdoor accessories.
* In addition to the house, we have set up a bike wash area and a well-equipped workshop where you can also wax your skis and snowboards
in winter.
* Your car will be parked free of charge in a carport during your stay. Five integrated stations are available for charging electric cars.
